Technical, without the cliché
Infrastructure brands default to sterile blue or terminal green. OmniRelay had to read as credible to the engineer evaluating it and legible to the person signing for it, so the identity is built on restraint and typography rather than on signalling.
Visual Direction
2400 × 1350
A mark that survives a favicon
Developer tools live in browser tabs, status pages and documentation. The mark is set out geometrically so it stays itself at sixteen pixels, with clear space specified tightly enough to hold its own in a crowded toolbar.
One API, five channels
Email, SMS, push, chat and webhooks arrive through a single intelligent API. The design work was mostly subtraction — making five delivery mechanisms read as one decision rather than five configuration screens.
Core Product
1920 × 1200
Watching a message land
Notification infrastructure is invisible until it fails. The strongest moment in the product is the one that makes delivery visible: what was sent, where it went, and what happened to it.
Signature Flow
1920 × 1200
Site, dashboard, documentation
A developer meets the brand three times before they commit to it. All three surfaces had to carry the same voice — a tool that reads differently in its docs than on its homepage is a tool nobody quite trusts.
Across Platforms
2400 × 1350
Credible on both sides of the table
The work has to convince an engineer and a buyer in the same afternoon, without saying two different things.
